| Quality is essential to the
success of any business. Success demands top quality practices
and strict discipline on the part of the company. As such
we have established a very comprehensive and scientific system
of quality control, where strict vigil is maintained at every
stage of production. Quality check involves the following
pre-requisites.
- Testing of the Tensile / Elongation at break of the specimen
/ dumbell.
- Checking the compression set of the
button of the specimen.
- Ageing for a particular hours at required degrees
in the hot air oven (done for Viton and Silicone products)
after manufacturing of the product.
- Checking the hardness of the slab / button and the specimen
at required area for measuring the Hardness on Shore A.
- Thouroughly checking the dimensions of the manufactured
product to the closest tolerances and if required rectifying
the moulds to achieve the optimum results.
- Chemical tests and other related test as required by the
customer as per their specification is done from the recognized
rubber testing laboratories.
For Metal to Rubber Bonded Components the edges are clamped
to the vertical eqpt., tightened by the bolts and manually
stretched to check the bonding strength of rubber to the metal
plates and observed the elongation from a marked level and
the level of break. |
